It’s that time of year again… Bookings for our April school holiday programme are now open! 

This April we’re excited to launch a NEW Let’s Get Digital programme for ages 8-13. At 2D Game Design, tamariki learn what goes into making a 2D arcade game from scratch.  

The workshops take place in the MediaLab, our digital computer suite at 4 Queens Wharf, Wellington. During the two-hour workshops, tamariki will learn the basics of Construct software, designing their own custom sprites and game assets, building a map, and adjusting game physics. 

There are two workshops available, one for ages 11-13 (Tuesday 15 April) and one for ages 8-10 (Tuesday 22 April).

For ages 0-5, our indoor play space PlayHQ will be open Monday-Saturday throughout the school holidays. Visit the current play activation Topsy Turvy between 9.30am-3.30pm to explore the spinner wall, wonky walk, and sensory surround sound bath.
