PlayHQ
PlayHQ is Capital E’s public play space, located at 4 Queens Wharf, Wellington. The space is designed for tamariki aged 0-5 and their caregivers to enjoy together.
Twice a year, PlayHQ is refreshed with a new theme. Each play installation encourages creativity, participation, community, accessibility, inclusivity and sustainability. Activities are designed to be play-based and child-led.
Our current theme Tamariki Markets lets tamariki explore fruits and vegetables through interactive activities.
Our term-time activity programme E Tipu E Rea takes place in PlayHQ at 11am on weekdays.
Everyone is welcome at PlayHQ. No bookings are required, donations are appreciated.
