Story Studio LIVE- Booking Form

Please make sure you read the Story Studio LIVE web page and the Terms and Conditions below carefully before submitting your booking form. It contains important information about performance space requirements, booking fees and cancellations, and what to expect on the day.




Confirmation Process
You will be sent an initial invoice for a 25% deposit once your booking request has been processed. The deposit must be paid within 10 working days of issue to confirm the booking. If the deposit is not paid within this time, the held seats will be released. The booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received and you have received a confirmation email from Capital E.
Final Numbers and Payment
Final numbers and full payment for the booking must be received at least 10 working days before the performance, or the booking will be considered cancelled. If your numbers increase, you must let us know before the performance as additional attendees are subject to charge. You will be sent an additional invoice for any attendees added to your booking, and full payment must be received before the performance.
We are happy for you to invite another school/group to your performance to reduce costs.
Refunds and Cancellations
The initial 25% deposit is refundable only if you cancel the booking in writing prior to 20 working days before the date of your performance. All other refunds are at the discretion of Capital E and considered on a case-by-case basis.
Late Bookings
Bookings made within two weeks of the performance will be issued a full invoice and payment must be received before attending. Please ensure prompt payment to guarantee your booking.
