CONDITIONS OF SALE
Tickets for education groups can be reserved in 2016 and Capital E will contact schools and early childhood centres in early 2017 to confirm numbers.
Tickets are subject to availability and we are unable to guarantee exchanges. Your numbers must be confirmed by 17 February 2017. From this date you will be liable for the full amount stated on your invoice.* Capital E reserves the right to alter without notice any advertised schedule, artist or event. We will endeavour to sit groups together but this may not always be possible. If bad weather disrupts performances on Odlins Plaza, a suitable place for lunch and an alternative activity will be provided.
Recording of performances (photography, video, sound or by any other means) is prohibited. The free buses will be arranged by Capital E to transport groups between their school/centre and Wellington CBD for weekday performances only. Where possible we will discuss other forms of transport with schools outside the designated free bus areas. The 3 for 2 package and other public ticket deals do not apply to school group bookings.
READY, STEADY, GO!
All performances are scheduled to finish within a school day. To be fair to all audience members all performances will begin at the scheduled time. In some instances, late arrivals may be let in at a suitable time.
In Odlins Plaza you will have a designated spot for eating your lunch which your host will show you (so don’t forget the packed lunches!).
RAIN, RAIN GO AWAY
The Festival will go ahead whatever the weather. Please be aware that each package involves some walking between venues, so it’s definitely best to prepare for everything Wellington weather is capable of! If bad weather disrupts performances on Odlins Plaza, a suitable place for lunch and an alternative activity will be provided. We also recommend each child brings a hat and sunscreen.
GIVE US YOUR ESTIMATE
We encourage you to book early to ensure you get the seats you need. If 2017 roll numbers are unknown, please estimate your numbers and we will confirm with you in early February 2017. Please be as realistic with your numbers as possible so we can do our best to meet everyone’s needs.
Please note that age-range suitability is based on a recommendation only. If you have any questions regarding show content please contact the Festival Education Bookings Coordinator, Jillian Davey firstname.lastname@example.org, 04 913 3747
