Maker Faire

Maker Faire is a gathering of fascinating, curious people who enjoy learning and who love sharing what they can do. From engineers to artists to scientists to crafters, Maker Faire is a venue for these “makers” to show hobbies, experiments, projects.

Come along to our very first Maker Faire and get hands-on with all the different crafts, art and technology. Play with mini robots, learn about simple circuits, watch a master doll maker at work, fight stupid robots, sketch the shoe of your dreams or watch art form from wax and an iron! Maker Faire Wellington is a family-friendly event that will inspire Makers both young and young at heart!

Maker Faire Wellington commences at 10am, however, you may turn up at anytime between 10am-4pm. Please note that there is limited capacity in Shed 6. There may be a short wait before entering the building.
