About the performance
Weaving sound and motion, storyteller and master juggler Thomas Arthur draws you into the story of the Wizard Scientist with a supporting cast of orbiting hoops and spheres that hover and whiz, soar and spin.
With juggling routines synchronized to original music and digital film projections connecting us to the elements of water, fire, wind, wood and stone, Luminous Edge combines story with motion and music in a way that will leave you dizzy with wonder.
Thomas Arthur’s career highlights include performances as an opening act for Jerry Seinfeld, Arlo Guthrie, Jay Leno and the Brisbane Sympathy Orchestra.
About the performer
THOMAS ARTHUR taught himself how to juggle when he was eleven years old. His delight in the visual patterns and musicality of objects in motion has inspired a performing career spanning two-and-a-half decades. His intricately choreographed dance of visual rhythms and shifting shapes has engaged audiences at festivals, theaters, clubs, conferences and schools in the US, Canada, and Australia.
