NZ'S BIGGEST ARTS FESTIVAL FOR CHILDREN, 7 - 21 MARCH 2009
What a fabulous two weeks. The sun shone and Capital E's National Arts Festival lived up to its reputation as New Zealand's biggest arts festival for children, selling an estimated 35,000 tickets. Plus thousands more enjoyed the free public festival events.
Since our inaugural programme in 2003, the Capital E National Arts Festival has gone from strength to strength, each year growing the community of schools, families and children coming together to celebrate the arts. We hosted a range of incredible talent at this festival - we hope you’ll join us again in 2011.
"May I say that not only were all 3 performances magnificent but the total organisations and management of the day was exemplary. The day went like clockwork. Thank-you to all who made it such a fantastic day." Teacher Queen Margaret College.
