At the Animal Undie Ball”
Combine contemporary dance with one of New Zealand ’s most popular children’s books by acclaimed author Ruth Paul and you get this toe tapping, hip swinging, hands clapping great time.
Become an animal as you move and hoot along with the animal friends of Java Dance Company.
Artform: Funky modern dance and lots of interactive and encouragement to participate make this a fun and exhilarating show for little ones.
Wellingtonian Ruth Paul’s story The Animal Undie Ball is a witty romp about why people are the creatures most suited to wearing undies. The highly athletic dancers of Java Dance Company turn this rhyming story into a carnival of fun as they encourage you to jump, move and groove heading towards a big finale dance for all and a chance to meet the animals and ask questions.
The show runs for 45 minutes and is ideal for 3-8 year olds.
