End Game. 2010 National Tour
A compelling look at a child-parent relationship played out in extraordinary circumstances, written by New Zealand playwrights Rachel Callinan and Kate Morris.
Alex and his mother Rosie don't really get along and live separate lives online when a twist of fate transforms them into computer game versions of themselves. This is not going to be a typical school day.
With inventive staging, a magical score by Gareth Farr and a script by two New Zealand playwrights - this is a truthful, funny and telling look at a family finding their way back home.
Ideal for 8 to 14 year-olds the play offers a lot of scope for teachers and students to consider a range of key competencies and values.
Directed by Leo Gene Peters
Composed by Gareth Farr
Designed by Brian King
Lighting by Nathan McKendry
