Capital E OnTV Studio Resources

There are a number of resources you may find essential and/or useful before and after you visit the OnTV Studio.

The Teachers Resource is essential reading before you attend as there are activities to be undertaken before your visit. Other resources available are a Script Template to help you write the script before visiting and Editing Follow Up for classes who have their sessions recorded on DVD.

Please note - on the right hand side of this page, under Related Resources, we have provided the Wake-Up NZ script which you will use during your studio session for practice purposes in the classroom.

Capital E OnTV Teachers' Resource Pack

The ONTV Resource Pack provides you with a range of activities to be undertaken BEFORE your visit to the Capital E ONTV Children’s Studio.

The resource is in six sections - Curriculum Links, Actvities (10), Assessment, Resources and your two option packs - News and Magazine shows. Each activity is based on achievement objectives from the Visual Language Strand of the English Curriculum, the Technology and Arts curricula. This resource is also intended to equip students with an introduction to the skills they will use in the Capital E ONTV Studio.
