SEASONS is a puppetry musical which unfolds what happens in nature as time passes before children’s eyes.
An early childhood production, it encourages its young audience to participate by singing along with the friendly cast of birds, insects and animals playing against a changing backdrop of seasons.
SEASONS is one of several popular early childhood work by theatre artistic director Peter Wilson with original music by Wellington composer Laughton Pattrick and lyrics – in Te Reo and English - by New Zealand writer Jenny Pattrick.
Originally written for children under seven, SEASONS has proven a hit with all ages during its two Wellington seasons and national tours in 2001 and 2003.
Age Suitability: For the whole family, particularly age 2 to 7 years.
